We are proud to officially launch the RT800S Inline Combined PCB Router, an innovative twin-table inline depaneling equipment engineered to address diverse PCBA separation demands for modern electronics manufacturers. Designed for consumer electronics, automotive electronics, smart home appliances and industrial control board production, this integrated machine combines router milling and V‑Cut saw cutting functions in one unit, breaking the limitation of single-mode traditional PCB separators.

Unlike conventional depaneling devices that require tedious manual axis movement to capture MARK points for programming, the RT800S adopts advanced high-speed camera full-panel imaging teaching technology. Operators can directly draw cutting trajectories on the captured board image without repeated mechanical positioning. This intuitive operation drastically shortens program debugging time, facilitates remote technical support, and lays a solid foundation for fully unattended continuous production.

Built with mature intelligent monitoring functions, the RT800S supports automatic tool change, broken cutter detection, sliding cutter protection and automatic tool height compensation. Its built-in tool magazine can accommodate up to 10 router bits. Both milling cutters and saw blades support segmented cutting logic, effectively extending tool service life and lowering long-term production costs. Benefiting from low-stress cutting technology, the machine delivers smooth, low-burr cutting edges, greatly reducing risks of PCB warpage and damage to bottom-mounted miniature components.

The equipment features dual worktables with an effective processing size of 300*350mm. It achieves ±0.01mm repeat positioning accuracy and ±0.05mm cutting precision, fully meeting strict requirements of high-density circuit boards. Multiple material unloading options are available, including track transmission, belt discharge and cylinder module output, enabling seamless connection with downstream insertion machines, automatic tray handlers and other SMT equipment to form a complete automated production chain.

Equipped with an industrial barcode scanner, the RT800S supports 1D & 2D code identification. Production data can be uploaded to the factory MES system in real time to realize full lifecycle traceability of each PCBA panel, satisfying the digital and intelligent management standards of high-standard EMS factories.

In terms of hardware configuration, the machine is fitted with well-known brand core components, including HIWIN/TBI linear guides and ball screws, Panasonic A6 servo drive systems, and optional NSK or European high-speed spindles. A follow-up upper & lower dust collection system is equipped as standard to efficiently absorb cutting dust, maintaining a tidy workshop environment. It processes PCB substrates ranging from 0.3mm to 3.0mm.
